Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, teaching, and participation on appropriate committees and departmental process improvement.
- Serve as a role model for all therapists and clinical interns in professional, clinical, communication, education, and leadership activities.
- Comply with the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice as outlined by the professional organization and the State of Illinois.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- LIC PT.
- CERT BLS.
