Job Summary:

Additionally, the candidate should have performance tuning skills, including multi-threading, monitoring, caching, and debugging using Grafana, Dynatrace, and other tools. A solid understanding of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and basic SQL skills for data-related issues are also required. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and experience with CICD pipelines, including green/blue or canary deployments. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, and a Master's or MBA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Java team and guide them in developing high-performance products.
  • Translate software requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable code.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the current system.
  • Collaborate with the client team from a technical architecture perspective.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of reactive architecture and its concepts.
  • Design and implement streaming solutions, such as Kafka and Solace.
  • Perform performance tuning, including multi-threading, monitoring, caching, and debugging.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
  • Develop and maintain basic SQL skills for data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain CICD pipelines, including green/blue or canary deployments.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.


Requirements:
