Job Summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Support and Flight Safety to lead our team in ensuring the highest level of product support and flight safety for our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve product support and flight safety, as well as overseeing the implementation of safety management systems to mitigate potential flight safety risks and hazards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product support and flight safety strategies to improve customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety management systems to identify and mitigate potential flight safety risks and hazards.
  • Lead a team of product support and flight safety professionals to ensure the highest level of product support and flight safety for our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product support and flight safety initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective implementation of product support and flight safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry with a focus on product support and flight safety.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective product support and flight safety strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
