Relief Customer Service Associate

Job Summary
The Relief Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team at Aramark Uniform Services.
This relief CSR position requires a highly motivated individual who can build strong relationships with customers, meet sales growth goals, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company step van to deliver products and services to clients.
- Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate operator documentation.
- Manage daily routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Load and unload products according to company policies and guidelines.
- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed.
- Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
- Develop leads and prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Customer service experience with consistent customer contact.
- Strong math and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Working Environment:
This role requires working in varied weather conditions and may involve irregular and long hours. The relief CSR must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Education:
High school degree or equivalent is required.
