Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
  • Provide day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for cross-domain solutions.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems.
  • Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
  • Support system and hardware problems, and remain involved in the resolution process.
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of the contract.
  • Utilize expert communication skills to direct technical resources and report on technical progress, issues, and problem areas.
  • Analyze quarantined data for change recommendations.
  • Assist with unresolved tickets.
  • Upgrade systems to new versions.
  • Document all changes to systems.
  • Manage ticket queues and personnel.
  • Report to Program Manager.
Requirements
  • Current Top Secret/SCI w/Polygraph.
  • Twelve (12) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government.
  • Certification DoD 8570 Compliance IAM Level 1.
  • Five (5) years of Linux and three (3) years of NiFi experience.
