Job Title: Advanced Journey Lead Mechanic
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Lead Mechanic to join our team at the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Anchorage International Airport. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mechanics in the maintenance and repair of aircraft
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal aircraft performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless airport operations
- Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics
Requirements:
- Advanced journey-level experience as an automotive mechanic
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
