Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all store functions and associates, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Maximize sales results by training, developing, and coaching direct reports to achieve their full potential.

  • Cultivate a diverse and collaborative culture within the store, fostering teamwork and open communication among team members.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude, capable of building strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods, ensuring physical stamina and mobility.
