Position Overview:
This role involves working on the following:

  • Setting up, calibrating, and executing High Power RF and small signal s-parameter measurements.
  • Diagnosing intricate RF testing and hardware challenges with minimal oversight.
  • Conducting data logging and analysis using MS Excel for data entry and graphical representation.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:

  • An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with automated load pull testing and fixture calibration methods is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using test equipment such as RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
  • A solid understanding of RF testing methodologies.

Testing responsibilities include s-parameters, high power RF, pulsed power, harmonics, ACP, video bandwidth (VBW), digital pre-distortion (DPD), and various modulation testing schemes (LTE/TDD, WCDMA, QAM, etc.).

Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The pay rate will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
