The Role

We're seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the Ads Format team at Snap. As a key member of our engineering team, you will build the next generation ads formats infrastructure and solutions to deliver more clicks and conversions for advertisers. This includes working end-to-end across innovating new ads format ideas, experimentation, analysis, and optimization.

What You'll Need

">

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent programming and software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design. A proven track record of operating highly-available systems at scale is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to proactively learn new concepts and technology and apply them at work.

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $244,000-$366,000 annually in Zone A. Our benefits include paid parental leave, comprehensive medical coverage, emotional and mental health support programs, and compensation packages that let you share in Snap's long-term success.
