Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who embodies a commitment to excellence and the spirit of aloha. As part of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to enhance our exceptional team. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, crafting innovative recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will significantly contribute to the enhancement of our workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment initiatives across the property.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the interview process.
- Create innovative methods to support the talent acquisition roadmap for identifying and attracting qualified, diverse candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Promote career opportunities through internal communication channels.
- Network with local organizations to source candidates for current and future openings.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and governmental documentation.
- Research market trends to target relevant candidate pools.
- Develop best practices for utilizing social media and data mining to attract top candidates.
- Produce reports and metrics for leadership on recruitment activities and trends.
- Implement strategies to attract and develop diverse talent.
- Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, including job postings and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between the resort and educational institutions and employment agencies.
- Analyze recruitment trends to improve employee retention.
- Conduct tours for student groups.
- Assist with new hire orientation.
The hourly rate for this position is $33.00 USD.
