Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to provide exceptional medical care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working in a hospital emergency room setting, where you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.

Specialty Requirements:
- Emergency Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine

Work Schedule:
- Shifts: 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM

Coverage Details:
- No on-call duties required

Facility Information:
- The emergency room sees an annual patient volume of approximately 24,000 at one location and 22,000 at another.
- Staffing includes Advanced Practice Providers available for 12 hours daily at one site and 10 hours at the other.
- Must be comfortable providing care to pediatric patients.

Patient Care:
- Average number of patients per shift: 24
- Total number of beds in the hospital: 29

Certification Requirements:
- Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM).

Additional Information:
- Experience in trauma and critical care is essential.
- Familiarity with the Cerner EMR system is preferred.
