About the Opportunity

Perimeter Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to children and adolescents in our acute and residential services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapies.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, as well as family therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in an inpatient setting with psychiatric experience.
  • Eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Tennessee LAC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Ability to work full-time days, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability.
