Imaging Services Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Imaging Services Representative to join our team at MultiCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth admission process for patients, working closely with our imaging team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and complete the admission/patient registration process, adhering to system regulations and policies.
  • Explain purpose and obtain signature for all documents requiring signatures.
  • Meet, greet, and interview patients, providing isolation cautionary measures if needed, to obtain pertinent information.
  • Assist technologists as needed or requested.

Requirements

  • Post-high school clerical vocational training or college coursework preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum one year of previous experience in a clerical position, medical setting preferred with medical insurance(s).
  • Medical Terminology certification preferred.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $29.98 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
