The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical leadership team, ensuring smooth clinical operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical leadership team, including customer service, file maintenance, and office management tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of clinical support staff time sheets and staffing plans, including weekly reconciliation and review.
- Coordinate staff performance evaluations and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to support administrative duties related to staff development and competencies.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to clinical staff recruitment and retention, including orientation preparation and candidate/employee communication.
- Support the coordination, monitoring, and inventory management of clinic supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and quality reports to enhance patient care.
- Provide administrative support for Aledade's Accountable Care Organization (ACO) activities and other organizational committees.
- High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred but not required.
- LNA preferred but not required; will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to provide customer service and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ACHS computer software.
