Traveling Crane Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Traveling Crane Mechanic to join our team at IEA Management Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and safety of our equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cranes and other heavy equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with operators and superintendents to ensure seamless maintenance and repair processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of crane safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
