**Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Master Baker who can lead our baking team and produce high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations. As a Master Baker, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory items.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and products to meet customer demand and preferences.
  • Supervise and train junior bakers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a baker or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
