Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Ramada Inn Costa Mesa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our food and beverage buffet areas.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and transport food and beverage items to and from the buffet areas, adhering to health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure adequate supplies of food, beverages, and equipment, replenishing as needed.
  • Welcome guests and respond to requests in a prompt and professional manner, referring serious matters to management.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work and buffet area, emptying trash receptacles and clearing tables as required.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Qualifications
  • Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift.
  • Food Handlers Card Required.
  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
