We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Unavailable. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to adult and geriatric patients, including arterial punctures, continuous ventilation, and airway maintenance.
- Perform emergency care, infection control, and isolation procedures as needed.
- Maintain and operate mechanical ventilators, and administer medical gases.
- Assess patients, document care, and educate patients and families about pulmonary diseases.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of California.
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic life support.
- Appropriate clinical experience and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology of the cardiorespiratory system.
