Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at AAA Facility Services. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for evaluating client requests for construction proposals, preparing detailed and accurate proposals, and performing construction biddings services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client requests for construction proposals
  • Prepare detailed and accurate proposals for requested work scope
  • Perform construction biddings services and preparation of cost estimates
  • Arrange and attend project pre-bid site visits and assessments
  • Review bid documents
  • Manage proposal process from inception to completion
  • Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings for distribution
  • Solicit pricing from vendors and sub-contractors
  • Locate new sub-contractors and vendors based on geographical areas
  • Update the subcontractor and vendor lists
  • Compile and update historical cost data
