About the Role

">

This Pharmacist role is a full-time or PRN opportunity at one of our partner pharmacies in Portland, OR. As a licensed pharmacist, you will be responsible for filling prescriptions, providing clinical services, and offering excellent customer service while supervising pharmacy associates.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled, including drug utilization review and final quality assurance in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Build profitable business and script growth through recommended clinical programs, including immunization and medication therapy management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with medical-related issues and offering health counseling.
  • Supervise support staff and assume management responsibility over the pharmacy as needed.
  • Maintain security and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and questions to build trust and loyalty.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities, including inventory management and cycle counts.

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
  • Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Oregon.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.).
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
