Job Title: Full Time Receptionist - Healthcare

BAART Programs is seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to handle administrative functions in our treatment center.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform secretarial duties, including answering phones, managing mail flow, data entry, and office inventory control.
  • Assist with patient intakes, including scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and records, and assist with office maintenance.
  • Facilitate specimen collection and delivery to the lab, and file results and distribute to counselors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of prior experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills.
  • Proficient in basic PC skills and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
