Cox Automotive is seeking a skilled Vehicle Photographer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of vehicles, processing electronic condition reports, and maintaining knowledge of our Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and Process Images: Utilize your photography skills to capture and process electronic images of vehicles, ensuring high-quality and accuracy.
- Upload and Verify Images: Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
- Maintain DQI Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of our Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
- Re-image or Request Re-imaging: Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images to ensure consistency and quality.
- Process Vehicles: Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.
- Ensure Safety: Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Experience: Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field
- Safe Driving: Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required
- Physical Abilities: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive motion tasks, and manual dexterity
- Vision Abilities: Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception
- Photography Experience: 1 year of experience in photography preferred, with experience in digital and computer processing a plus
- Computer Skills: Basic computer software skills are preferred
- Certification or Education: Certification or education in photography a plus
- Outdoor Conditions: Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
