Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing issues.
- Design and implement personalized treatment strategies based on evaluation findings.
- Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients while tracking their progress and making necessary modifications.
- Engage with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Keep precise and detailed records of therapy sessions and client advancements.
- Inform clients and their families about techniques to foster ongoing improvement in communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in specific settings or with particular populations is a plus.
