Speech Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our school district in Texas.

Estimated Salary:$ 80,000 - 110,000

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students, evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
• Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
• Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
