Electromechanical Assembler Job Description

Dayton-Granger, a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge avionics products, is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and other electro-mechanical assembly functions related to sub-assembly and final assembly processes.
  • Prepare and assemble parts according to written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions.
  • Conduct metal finishing tasks such as plating with a keen attention to quality.
  • Cross-train and collaborate in other areas as needed, showcasing versatility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in the use of soldering equipment and small hand tools such as pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, scales, and calipers.
  • Able to read and comprehend manufacturing work order processes and procedures.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
