We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant difference in our guests' stay.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well and address any concerns they may have

• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the resort

• Maintain a clean and organized work cart, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available

• Utilize equipment and supplies efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity

• Conduct thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas, adhering to our Green Program standards

• Perform daily linen and towel changes, ensuring that all linens and towels meet our high standards

• Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns, taking prompt action to address them

• Demonstrate respect for guests' property and maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of equipment, reporting any issues or concerns to the Floor Supervisor

• Maintain accurate time records and adhere to our scheduling standards

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' needs and concerns

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, with occasional heavier lifting required

• Ability to push and pull up to 75lbs, with occasional heavier pushing and pulling required

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods, with occasional sitting required

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry, or willingness to learn and train in the role

• Strong customer service and goal-oriented skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $16.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
