Essential Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.
  • Refer to departmental documentation for specific responsibilities during orientation.
  • Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with annual training and organizational policies.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of nursing processes and practices. Proficient in utilizing various technical equipment to address patient needs and execute prescribed medical therapies (e.g., stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and electronic monitoring devices). Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with patients.

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required.

Educational Background:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, with a minimum of a Diploma or Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Licensure:

Must hold a current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Ohio.

Current BLS Provider Certification from the American Heart Association is required during Nursing Orientation.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves:
