Warehouse Loader

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Loader to join our team at Midatlantic Employers' Association. As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for executing customer work orders, preparing products for shipment, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts to load and unload trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute customer work orders and prepare products for shipment.
• Pull customer orders, inspect the order, and load the truck for delivery.
• Operate overhead cranes to load/unload trucks.
• Operate forklifts (5k or 10k) to load/unload trucks.
• Transport material from storage and/or worksites to designated areas using either an overhead crane or forklift.
• Secure lifting attachments to materials and transport to the load destination using a crane or hoist.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Basic mathematic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions.
• Basic reading and writing comprehension in English (to read instructions, work orders, safety and policies/manuals).
• Proficient measuring skills and the ability to read measuring tapes, micrometers, and calipers.
• Forklift/Overhead Crane experience a plus; willing to train.

This is a full-time, 3rd shift position available immediately. The hourly rate is $18 per hour.
