Position Summary:
The Custodian is responsible for performing essential janitorial and maintenance tasks to maintain the quality and integrity of the apartment community. This role ensures that the property remains clean and organized, supporting maintenance, landscaping, and management efforts to uphold company standards and attract residents.
Custodian Qualifications:
- Availability may vary based on property needs, with a requirement for weekend shifts.
- Must pass a Background Check and Physical Examination.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Custodian Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness of building floors through sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Service, clean, and restock restrooms.
- Utilize cleaning solutions, sponges, and squeegees for effective cleaning.
- Dust furniture and walls to maintain a tidy environment.
- Ensure building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors as necessary.
- Report to management regarding the need for significant repairs or upgrades to building systems.
- Order supplies and equipment required for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
