Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC is a trusted partner for IT modernization projects, implementing upgrades and accelerating the delivery of new solutions for the Department of Defense and commercial industries.


We are currently bidding on a contract providing IT and Cyber Security services for the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department, supporting the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services and Cyber Security.

This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/IT Portfolio Manager to lead our IT and Cyber Security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
  • Review project plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
  • Establish work plans and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of projects and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and commercial industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • 10 years of professional experience in program/project management for IT programs/projects.
  • Experience working with DoD/Military customers.
  • Secret clearance.
