Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Chef to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for banquets, catering, and room service operations.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and menu development to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale catering events and banquets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant, hotel, or country club.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Food Handlers Permit required.
