Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs to patients, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
  • Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify all merchandise is received and in acceptable condition.
  • Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy product.
  • Maintain clean, neat pharmacy work areas.
  • Greet all customers and offer assistance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
