Salary
We offer a competitive annualized base salary of $93,600 - $104,000, with incentive earnings based on full-time schedule.
About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental, you will be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. You will manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need an Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution, an active dental hygiene license in the state of practice, and strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
