As an Early Childhood Educator at Primrose Schools, you will nurture infants aged six weeks to one year, guiding them as they explore and engage with their surroundings. Through interactive activities such as singing, dancing, and storytelling, you will create a secure and affectionate atmosphere that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical growth of each child.

Make a meaningful impact daily
  • Engage in authentic relationships with each child, benefiting from low student-to-teacher ratios.
  • Design resources that encourage children to investigate their surroundings through educational activities and active play.
  • Collaborate with your co-teacher to execute lesson plans derived from the research-based Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Uphold a tidy classroom that inspires children to create, explore, and make confident choices.
  • Identify the best approaches for each child as you guide them in understanding their environment.
