Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at City of Hope.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of personal computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
  • Participate in large-scale software/hardware upgrades/migrations as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PC software and hardware projects.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support with complex Windows or MAC software/hardware problems, mobile device, telecom, or audiovisual issues.
  • Collaborate with Technology Technicians to resolve user calls and provide technical assistance and training as required.
About You:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
  • Three to five years of experience in PC hardware/software support/deployment, including peripherals, in a high-volume setting. Project management skills for large-scale deployments and general troubleshooting expertise with Local Area Networks are necessary.
  • Current California driver's license and a good driving record for insurance purposes.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
