Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical services in the delivery of patient care, including attending outpatient clinic sessions and evaluating patient complaints.
  • Design treatment plans, educate patients and families about their condition, and initiate care.
  • Perform medical duties and manage patient needs, including providing inpatient and outpatient obstetrical and gynecological services.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and work collaboratively with staff to ensure the best patient care environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 24 months of experience in the specialty.
  • Current, valid, unrestricted license to practice nurse-midwifery in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States.
  • Current certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board.
