We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Specialist to join our team at Macquarie. As a key member of our Financial Management Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our businesses in the Americas by preparing federal, state, and local income tax returns, as well as provisioning for income tax liabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tax provision, effective tax rate calculations, taxable income, and deferred tax computations
  • Prepare test tax basis computations based on balance sheet approach for book/tax differences
  • Expertise in preparing tax payable and tax receivables reconciliations for cash flow and Foreign Exchange hedging purposes
  • Assess potential impact of changes in organizations from a tax compliance and accounting perspective
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience working in financial services or public accounting environments
  • Experience in tax provision, effective tax rate calculations, taxable income, and deferred tax computations
  • Expertise in tax payable and tax receivables reconciliations for cash flow and Foreign Exchange hedging purposes
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Master's in Tax, and/or CPA designation
