Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed, providing an estimate of time required for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

  • ASE certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong automotive background and experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
