**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OR Circulator to join our team at Granville Health System. As an OR Circulator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the operating room, PACU, Outpatient Services, pre-op interview, and pre-op prep areas.
  • Circulating in the OR suites, Procedure room, and Endo suite.
  • Providing moderate sedation/monitoring as needed in other Departments.
  • Maintaining Infection Control policies and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, staff, supervisors, physicians, and other hospital departments.
  • Utilizing HIM site to process information on the Center's Information System.
  • Assisting in reviewing and maintaining department policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience; one of which preferred in OR.
  • BCLS certification, ACLS, and PALS required.
  • Possesses valid driver's license.
