Job Summary:

As a RN - Unit Manager at HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced nursing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Notice:
Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment. State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
