We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Step-Down Unit, 4D. This 35-bed general surgery unit provides care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
  • One year of nursing experience required. Two years' of nursing experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
  • Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
  • BLS Certification required.
