Optima, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our luxury apartment community.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 100 lbs. and climb ladders
