Maintenance Specialist

Optima, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our luxury apartment community.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift 100 lbs. and climb ladders
