We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at the City of College Station. As a Recreation Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs for adults and youth, including after-school programs and summer camps. You will also be responsible for supervising and coordinating recreational activities and special events at the Lincoln Recreation Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement programs for adults and youth, including after-school programs and summer camps

* Supervise and coordinate recreational activities and special events at the Lincoln Recreation Center

* Collaborate with community groups and stakeholders to promote programs and services

* Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation or related field

* 3+ years of experience in recreation supervision or management

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary: $63,995 - $95,993 per annum (dependent on experience)
