Fastrack Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Fastrack Leader. As a Fastrack Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, leading people, and learning all aspects of running a restaurant.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and ensure that all team members are working together effectively
• Develop and implement systems for improvement throughout the restaurant
• Coach and develop team members using situational leadership
• Ensure that team members are doing the right thing, the right way, every time

Requirements:

• Be capable of working on your feet for 6-8 hours
• Be able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds
• Have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Full-time availability to work 40-45 hours per week
