Pediatric Physical Therapist

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in Corvallis, OR. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with a wide range of abilities and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Observe and evaluate children to determine their current level of ability or deficiency.
- Plan and implement one-to-one treatment according to the Plan of Care.
- Collaborate with other therapists to plan and implement co-treatments.
- Accurately document daily notes, evaluations, and progress reports.
- Adhere to established rules, regulations, and laws.
- Work cooperatively with families and fellow staff members to improve the lives of clients and their families.
- Promote the benefits and value of pediatric physical therapy to various audiences.
- Meet and exceed minimum productivity requirements.
- Current Oregon License
- Ability to gather information from various sources
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with various parties
- Ability to complete session documentation within required time frames
- Experience working with children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Torticollis, and delayed development (a plus)
