We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food services to our patients, staff, and guests.

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for patients, staff, and guests
• Oversee food preparation, including choosing quality ingredients and following food safety guidelines
• Review and update menus, budgets, and patient nutritional needs
• Stay informed of nutritional services and regulatory requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Thorough knowledge of the culinary arts, including baking, cooking, and salad preparation
• Serve Safe Certification or similar sanitary certification/training preferred
