About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maternity Services Nurse to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Lake Oswego, OR.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional maternity services. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with healthcare teams
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient-centered care
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year - Nursing experience

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $41.74 - $60.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
