Optical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Expert to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Optical Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch optical services.

• Customer Service: Provide unparalleled customer service by executing our CEE Service Model through Connect, Explore, and Exceed.
• Optical Skills: Develop and maintain optical skills to create an effective learning environment and support the growth of others.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems efficiently, exploring underlying causes and developing long-term solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional results and contribute to a positive store environment.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Experience: Optical dispensing experience and knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Skills: Strong communication and listening skills, awareness of current fashion trends, and sales skills.
