Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

At The Guild For Exceptional Children, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and experience working with children.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the communicative abilities of each child
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff members to ensure carryover of treatment
  • Participate in clinical case conferences
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Provide workshops and training to staff and parents

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • 375 hours of supervised clinical experience
  • Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a 403b annuity. Speech Pathologists (SLPs) are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid quarterly. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid quarterly.
