Full-Time Receptionist Position Available for a dynamic Dermatology practice.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients warmly and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, along with scheduling follow-up visits.
  • Accurately gather and update patient demographic information.
  • Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
  • Handle collection of co-pays and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare charts, and assist with scanning and indexing medical records, along with other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a medical office setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in insurance verification and eligibility processes is required.
  • Comfortable with collecting co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are a must.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
